I wonder if Speedway wants to become a big city town where gangs rule in inner city limits because of Social Welfare. I believe in Social Welfare but they want to take our School system away and turn it into a Ben Davis / Wayne Township thingy.. Yes, Thingy, like between your legs. They are thinking with the wrong mem...ber like most people. Maybe we will get this crammmed down our throats like the Obama Care Package.
